Our Wedding Planning Services
Your day, your way
We specialise in planning bespoke weddings in the Le Marche countryside for couples who want something personal, relaxed, and genuinely connected to the place. This part of Italy is still a bit under the radar, which means you get all the beauty — rolling hills, vineyards, historic towns, incredible food and wine — without the crowds or the sense that it’s been done a thousand times before. Through our experience and local knowledge, we provide a real in-road for you and your guests into what is still a very authentic rural italian context, to ensure you are all fully immersed in the local setting.
From the beginning, we take a collaborative approach. We spend time getting to know you — what you like, what you don’t, and how you want the day to feel, as well as how you want it to look. Some couples prefer something understated and intimate, others want a long, lively celebration that rolls from afternoon into late night (and often well into the next morning!). Whatever your style, we shape the day around that, rather than trying to fit you into a set formula.
We can manage the entire process from start to finish. That includes sourcing the right venue - a vineyard, a hilltop borgo, a typical farmhouse, family-run agriturismo ... - and then coordinating all the elements that bring it to life — catering, wines, flowers, styling, music, lighting, transport, and activities for your guests across the weekend. We also guide you through the practical side of things, so nothing feels overwhelming or unclear along the way. For those who prefer to avoid any legal complexity, we also offer symbolic ceremonies with native English speaking celebrants.
A big part of what we do is working with our fabulous network of local collaborators. These are people with products and services we have tried, tested, and selected, and with whom we have developed an intimate working relationship — often small, family-run businesses — who care about their craft and take real pride in what they do. We ensure that you not only get superb quality, but also something that feels authentic and rooted in the region, rather than overly polished or staged.
On the day itself, everything is handled quietly in the background so you can be fully present with your guests. From the ceremony through to aperitivo, dinner, and the party that follows, it all flows naturally. The aim is for it to feel easy and effortless — even though there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.
For many couples it makes sense to turn the wedding into a few days rather than just one event. It gives everyone time to settle in, shake off the travel, and actually enjoy being there together.
Kicking things off with a casual aperitivo on the first evening - nothing too formal, just drinks, good local food, and a chance for everyone to meet properly - is a great ice-breaker, especially when you’ve got different groups of friends and family coming together for the first time. It also sets the tone for the days ahead.
The next day is very flexible, but it’s a great opportunity to lean into the local experience with wine tasting at a nearby vineyard, or something more hands-on like a pasta or cheese making class. This gives guests something to do and adds to the whole “we’re in Italy” feel without overloading the schedule.
The wedding day itself is usually quite chilled. There’s time in the morning to take it easy, over a long breakfast, then things naturally build into the ceremony, followed by aperitivo, dinner, and a proper celebration into the night. Because everyone’s already spent a bit of time together, it all feels more relaxed and connected, rather than rushed.
To wrap things up, a simple farewell breakfast the next morning works really well. It’s low-key — good coffee, pastries, and a few local delicacies — and gives everyone a chance to say their goodbyes properly before heading off.
Overall, it’s less about packing in lots of events and more about creating a few really good moments across a couple of days — so it feels like a shared experience, not just a single day.
In the end, it’s about creating a wedding that feels like you — thoughtful, relaxed, and memorable for all the right reasons — set in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy, without the stress of having to organise it all yourselves.
